Requirements - Applications are being sought from recent M.D., Ph.D, and MD/Ph.D. graduates in the field of Orthopaedic Surgery with interest in biomechanics and/or molecular pathogenesis. The incumbent will be required to demonstrate significant original and creative contributions to research or creative program or project and demonstrate professional competency and activity.

This is an ongoing recruitment. Positions are dependant upon extramural funding. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements - Applications are being sought from recent Ph.D., M.D., or M.D.-Ph.D. graduates in the field of Orthopaedic Surgery with interest in Multidisciplinary Exercise Science. We are currently seeking postdoctoral fellows who have a strong interest in skeletal muscle plasticity, robotics, pediatric exercise, stroke rehabilitation, and metabolism. The program consists of three different core programs: 1) Molecular Physiology core; 2) Systems Physiology core; and 3) the Clinical Applications core. The overall goal of this training program is to develop scientists with a strong integrative approach (molecular-to-systems physiology) in the field of exercise science and skeletal muscle plasticity. Additionally, each candidate will be provided with a rich clinical exposure to strengthen the integrative nature of the program. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Positions are dependent on extramural funding.
